|  Rock Band not compatable in surround sound
either my receiver is messing up, or rock band doesnt play in 5.1 surround. 
anyone else had any trouble with this?

It's because you are supposed to be living the realistic Rock Band life... my buddie's band that I run sound for only output to stereo and that Yamaha Board isn't a cheap one...

Ok, since you have it Sub can you answer me a question?
I have it too, just got it. Is there a switch or somehting on the usb hub? I think mine might be broken. And how do u work your mic? I try to plug mine in and it doesn't register, I am thinking it might be because my hub is broken. But I also try and plug it straight into the box and it still doesn't pop up. My mic might be broken too. Any help would be much appreciated. Also, they don't mention anything in the book about it.

It automatically synchs with the controller for that player.
As for surround, you have to turn it on in the audio settings (Dolby Digital).

I also think I need to setup my audio options for surround sound. It sounded bad ass though. I love singing Creep. lol. I have been singing more then anything. hahaha

Well I wasn't going to get this right off but remembered I had a 20% off at K-Mart so I thought I'd try to see if I could get a deal... They denied my Coupon but I did end up getting a deal. I bought one and got one free... guess one bundle will be on ebay in a week or so.

..and thanks for the audio settings info!! i was quite distraught in knowing that i wont be able to hear alyssas voice screaming SHOUT SHOUT SHOUT, AT THE DEVIL (i know that songs not in the game, but she walks around singing it everywhere, and my wife isnt too happy with me about it) in 5.1 digital sound
