| Rock Band drums too loud? Well I don't know about you guys but my mom screams at me for playing rock band really late at night because of how loud my drums are. Turns out some guy had the same problem and took some adhesive rubber, some colored felt and made and awsome discovery
"By applying one layer of self-adhesive rubber and another of self-adhesive, colored felt, they claim to maintain full responsiveness while cutting down on the kit sound by 70%—by highly scientific measurement, we're sure. For those who prefer to drum silent ninja style, it's a cheap and easy mod that makes your drum kit look a lot like a Twister board. And if the drums break, at least you have that."
I did this and it actually does work. Finished product will look something like this. |

| Thats the whole point of this. But it also looks really cool as a drum set. I was thinking of printing out some designs on the felt idk I'm gonna mess around with it. |

anyway im not really a fan of the solid color pads but again its all preference just like playing without the drums making noise..
and i still want u to find a way to make them sound like real drums and maybe make a double bass for me too because my right foots starting to hurt and if i had another pedal for the left that would be just great thanks. |

| I wish it had double bass, double pumping is so annoying. But as for the real drums thing thats beyond me and to get a double bass id need another bass pedal which means 80 bucks and i would have to tamper with the drums which I wouldnt wanna risk. |

| I like it but they look like shit know to be honest, I was thinking about doing something like this though because I can't hear anything else besides wood and plastic when I play. Is there a way to take the stuff off without ruining the drum set if you don't like it afterwards?
