Well ive been trying the solos to "Green Grass and High Tides" in practice mode using the finger tapping on the "Fender Stratocoaster" guitar but the buttons are too small to do good with. Im just curious on who actually uses finger tapping and who is good with it. For any one who doesnt know what finger tapping is, The guitar for Rock Band called the "Fender Statocoaster" has two sets of frets, one at the top of the neck and another set at the bottom of the neck, near the body. The ones at the top are normal but you can use the set near the body to tap your way through the solo's. Only thing is, is that the finger tapping frets are too small.
You GH people seem confused (I know I'm a GH head too) but in Rockband you can actually tap not like hammer-on/pull-offs in GH, take a look at this video:
The buttons aren't too small, your fingers are too big .
But all kidding aside, I do it whenever I get the oppurtunity, and it works pretty well for me. But most of the time I only use it when I get the Ending Bonus, since it's easier to slide and hit more notes.

I use it for the fast "runs", like "Green Grass" and "Highway Star". Even then, it's still a bitch...but much better than trying to hit every damn hammer on.
