|  Anyone else have rock band replacement issues?
My kick pedal broke about a week or so ago and I sent out a request for a new pedal. Today I recieve a package and its a playstation 3 guitar. How you screw something up this badly I don't know. Keep in mind Canadian people making requests are forced to have a hold of $125 till you send your broken thing back. Also keep in mind that this is eating up my warrentee as I wait too. What did other people have to do? I've already emailed harmonix but I'm preparing myself to see whats going to happen. |

My little cousin had a problem as well. His drums stoped working so he sent them in. They sent him the PS3 drums instead....I agree though how could you fuck up that bad? LOL

I should try to find the post on their forum that a guy made. He lives in a city that has one of the warehouses. He asked for a new guitar, they kept shipping the package to the warehouse and not to him. Not once, but twice. Who doesn't know how to ship a bloody package?
