Your Biggest/Craziest GTA Screwup

In another thread a few of us mentioned some crazy and funny things that made us fail missions. I thought it might be interesting to hear some more stories. It doesn't really have to be a screwup, it could be a moment of sheer awesome by you for all I care, it just has to be entertaining.

I was trying to hit that jump across the river, right above where the Irish guy was for a bit. I had the Lambo and I was going as fast as I could possibly go with the length I had to work with. As I approach the jump it starts to get sorta clippy and choppy, next thing I know my Lambo basically slammed into an invisible wall on the jump, my body was launched out the windshield and I flew about 3/4th the way across the river. Hehehe. It was funny as shit.

Also, killing cops on the train tracks that are apart of the bridge. They wouldn't stop rolling, and breakdancing after I killed them. I wish I could post it.

I was getting away from the cops on the bank robbing mission the first time I tried itand I was getting pretty close to the edge of their vision but I noticed at both turns that there were police dots so I decided to take a quick right to way I thought was an "alley" All it was was a flight of stairs descending into a wall and then all of the sudden a swat car comes flying down the stairs and hits my car.

Boom. It instantly blows up. Gameover.

Edit: O yeah I just remembered I took GTA over to my friends house the other day and he stood on top of a broken fire hydrant and all of the sudden he glitches in the air as high up as you can go over the water in the middle of the map and falls.

Well it wasn't a mission, but I went out boating with Brucie to get that helicopter achievement. I was boating along, when all of a sudden a random rock appeared in front of me, flipped my boat, and I killed Brucie. I was pissed, until he called me a day later. Seems like that bull shark testosterone actually worked.
