Koenigssegg CCX. Second faster car (242 MPH), and comes with the option for carbon fiber rims or not.
That's owned by the owner where I work (he also has a Ferrari).

The car's a fake Alex, just by looking at the pic you can tell it's either CG or edited in PS/Paint, plus it looks fake anyway.
As for the Bugatti, it looks ugly as fuck. The Koenigsegg looks a lot nicer than that, plus they're making a newer one that'll go up to 250mph.
