Lol, are you new to the game? The pictures you see on other people's cars are ones they create from the tools that the car designer gives you. Like the 300 movie car, the guy had to go in and use all of the lines and what not to "draw" it. Basically if you want a cool design then you'll have to buy it unless your a god at the car editor.

Yeah you have to use the shapes and gradients to recreate the picture on the car. It takes hours and I would too just search around on the auction house for a design you like. Or you can go over to the forza forums and ask a person to do a design for you for CR.

im not new to the game ive just always wondered. wow that would take forever. i thought you could usb port your computer and put pictures on??
