anybody seen this game? it LOOKS good but as soon as you tell me I have to be careful about turning, then I'm off. I hate Forza or any sim. I desperately want it to be like an old NFS. They said it was built on the same engine as DiRT so has anyone played that? What does it play like? Thanks.

There might still be a demo on the marketplace of DiRT. It was a decent demo, turning was more of the drifting kind, just because it was on dirt though. I don't know a whole bunch about it though. I'm with you on hating forza type games...I don't really like racing games all that much.

well grid is kinda like forza in a way because when you hit a wall too hard your wheels will actually bend and the car will start veering to the left or right or if you slam into a wall even harder then youll simply "total" and you'll have to restart the whole race but unlike other games in grid you can race with up to 20 cars on the track at once or you can go into a drifting competition where its kinda like Need For Speed if you know what i mean but funner and at anypoint in the race even when you total you can go into instant replay and jump back into the race at anytime before you crashed and do over watever mistakes you did also the ai drvers arent perfect like they are in other games they will actually crash and occasiionally take each other out and total each other, all together its a really exciting racing experience
