Arcane University is my fave but my biggest fave since Elder Scrolls II:daggerfell is the thieves guild

i liked them all but if i had to pick on e i would say the mage or the thieves guild.
this game rules 100% improvement since Morrowind

Personally I think that the Dark Brotherhood id the best as you get amazing gold and well good equipment. Also the arena is very useful but I dont suppose that counts as a faction

They were all fun, but the Dark Brotherhood stood out IMO. Mages and thieves were right behind it tho. I guess I like pretty much all guilds and questlines.
