If you spent a full day playing the game, you could get all the single player ones. They start to pile up once you get into the main area with all the temples.
Yeah if you play it for about 6-8 hours (non-stop) you can get all the SP ones which would add 600 all together, then go back and do the Rank challenges will add 50 points each.

Getting the single player acheivments is easy and fast but getting 'A' Ranked in every level is really hard because you need to kill every enemy and you can't get hit, I went through the easiest level and got hit once and even though i never died and killed everything, i got a C.

^ I know what you mean. I keep on doing the Water Temple (since that's the easiest to get your multiplier up in) and I have just about the ammount of points they want for Rank "A", and I never get it. Thorn's Castle (second time) is also easy, but I keep on getting knocked in the lava.
