i got the disease and i got the cure disease potion. i drank it and went to sleep my guy slept 4 about 24 hours because u need 2 sleep in order 4 ur character to turn into a vampire. my guy woke up and the message telling u about ur dream didnt pop up and i havent had anything happen yet. and to prove it i did it again and it worked the same way so if u dont want to be a vampire on Oblivion try it out.

That helps if you havent slept for over 20 days like my guy. Now everyone is s cared of me . The quest is fuxxin retarded, i cant find these empty soulgems

You can use a cure disease potion in the first 3 days after you've contracted it. If you wait longer you need to do the quest.

LuLz the vamp cure quest was THEE most annoyin 1 in the game (pre expansion), but yeah theres alot of empty gems around, check the magic guilds
