Wow it took all day to DL then i played it for 5 minutes and all my guys died wtf! I was expecting something like legend of dragoon someone give me a quick run down of how to play cause i need sleep and when i wake up i want to come on here read how to own then get back on and own the game.

Wow...you guys are really having troubles...I beat the demo with 20 minutes to spare :/

Anyways, it's a classic turn-based style RPG. Only difference is you can change the order of attack by either choosing to do more damage (stop the timer when it's in the red section) or stop it sooner to have a quicker attack.

Zola (the pirate girl), the Goku wanna-be kid, and that weird ass short cat looking thing are your attackers, the guy in green is your healer, and the girl in red is your magician. Base you attacks off of that. Also, Elemental magic plays a role, so for fire based enemies, use water magic and so on.

Also, if you take damage at the very beginning of the fight, heal immediately with the group heal spell (don't remember the name off the top of my head). You're characters are pretty beefed up in the demo, so you won't have to worry about running out of magic.

I'll record a run-through of the one dungeon and post it sometime tonight after I compress it for all you guys.

Are the dungeons badass like Zelda dungeons or are they more simple and based on you surviving X amount of fights?

The dungeons are set up like Super Mario RPG, in which you can run past fights you don't want to have, or run into them to initiate the fight.

Played it again and had a totally different experience... I hade a blast and needless to say I will be buying it.


For those who are dieing too quickly I have a suggestion. Go into your menu and change some of the skills around to better suit your play style. I changed mini goku to an assassin with counter attack and double hit, and I gave double cast to my mages.You can customize your game so much that I NEED to get this game now.

Yeah I really am not sure what I'm doing... It's pretty complex... so I'm just magic swording the crap out of everything and it seems to be working for me. I just gotta start healing, because I'ma run out of medicine soon.

It's actually not that complicated, just play it again the second time and take the time to look through your menus and learn stuff.

Chances are if I can get it, you can get it.
