No offence but I am relly getting sick of this style that everyone is useing now. Any GFX forum I go to I see almost EVERYONE with a signature of that style. For looking exactly the same as everyone else 3/10

example is right about this style being pretty hackneyed by now. they are all kind of plain to me except the creep one. the harry potter one is very empty on the sides and the johnny depp one is a little boring on the right. i like the creep one though.

Well I think example meant that wkkid uses the same shading (cause most of them have light effects in the background)

im a proffesional sig maker at the national sig leauge there are certain styles you must do. the only style there that is actually what some of you would like to call "trendwhore" is the harry potter sig, but looks good so lets not talk about that.

the creep sig is actually very different from alot of sigs

the depp sig you would most likely call a "trendwhore" sig because of the lighting effect. now anybody who knows how to make a decent sig past moderate level knows that lighting is an essential element, it sadends me at the lack of some peoples knowledge sometimes. but w/e its your opinion right.

And for people who say the black bits on the side of the harry potter sig, thats called negative space, the render and area around the render is the focus(focal point)

I really like the Creep and Depp sigs.

I haven't seen the whoring of the style that others are talking about, but who cares? As long as it looks good.
