I have been talking about stuff to do with TuNice's Rose pic and I figured I'd give it a shot since I'm bored as hell. This is my first attempt and any sort of sig. It was done in Vegas 7 and I just took a screenshot so that's why there are the black lines at the top and bottom.
It's not bad at all, but the thing about using video programs to do masking is that they aren't exact enough.
For instance, you can see the pink tones in the girls lips and face still show. Hence when this stuff is done in Hollywood films, all the clothing is made so that there won't be reflections and it's all shot on green screen...to cut down the shadows and off tones (aka, Sin City and Schindlers List). I had this issue at times when using it for my montages.

I know. I didn't set the black and white effect to 100% on purpose. I think it looks better like this. I also have a well feathered red outline on the "Rose" text.
