renders come from stocks dawg, you never "limited" in any sense,
and i never said use teh same style, i said implement some techniques back in your old one.
the first one i used a stock for the bg and then i used a diff render. the second one was two diff stocks together. the style is still pretty similar as you can see.
and im shit compared to most other guys i kno who do this.
You have no reason to make a bad tag imo, you know what your doing at this point, you can follow advanced tutorials at your stage, you picked up this technique some how. Now all you need to do is make your shit stand out...
for example,
Wkkid brought out his style and he set a bar for Pro in NSL.
Starcraft made his style so fucking unique and difficult almost no one else can follow it.
The guy (i dont kno who started with the c4ds, its a lot of debating right now) who started with c4ds as his style now has his style everywhere, he started something new that everyone else loves so much they copy him. Sucks for him, but the point is that his originality is so good that its whored by everyone else.
Pixel used a plugin that made his sigs unique in such an amazing way. So much so, the plugin known as topaz vivacity is known as the pixel plugin. That is the most whored thing since c4ds.
Me, im known on nsl for one of the few vector artists; well i was known for one of the few vector artists along with alcolyte, but now everyone does it on nsl.
Point is this, if you ever wanna get recognised for your work, your gonna need to get more original than that. If thats not what you want, your wasting your time and energy; unless it helps you relax tho, thats a diff story.
