Its not all fuzzy at all. The character is a bit fade but because its a moving sprite but the rest is fine

and you may need your eyes checked jusdging by your style of writing you used... lol

O, idea. every c4d ends up looking slightly blurry. Irken, when ur done with the sig, make one last layer, apply image. Then filter>sharpen. And omg, it will look so much better
