ok. ive had adobe photoship cs for a ewhile now, and i can use it ok, but i cant make a sig if my life deponded on it.

so i have a couple of questions.
-sig-
1- how do you make a grunge brush?
2- how do you do all the fadeing, lighting, and images in sigs, i mean like the good ones.
-banner-
im not sure if there bamnners, but there under people name saying stuff like "Br Pro" or "PDZ Forum Member"
1- how do you make those? how big is the size.
2- how do you make it look like its rounded?

if anyone could RECORD this, or take step by step pics and explane i would be very greatful
