I took a shot at it, but I picked my own cutout/stock because those ones weren't very good imo.

Easiest most effective border ever. Make a rectangle, fill it with a color, copy it, move them where you want them. 
If you think this is bright, you should have seen the beginning layout. Might be able to fix that if it's an issue though. Thanks! | |

Really? I was just confused because the request thread had GoW for text and the cutouts were CoD lol. I'll do two more versions in a second and edit them in. I'm just reviewing threads atm.
Okay, 3 more versions up, CoD, GoW and CoD/GoW. Better?
