i heard madden was going to pull his name off of the game, if EA doesnt deliver a solid football game, so madden and the NFL are very aware that the madden series has fallen off drastically, so if '08 doesnt deliver, it will be the last Madden game that EA develops

OK, if nobody doesn't already know, Madden is the largest sports franchise in all of video games. Madden will not be taking his name off the game. He is getting really rich really quickly.

Meh, EA will still make football games, but there will be room for another developer to come in and make a game that will be better than Madden... | |

I saw this on the making of Madden 06. Also he gives some comments and says what he thinks should be fixed or tweaked in the gameplay.

Not once do you hear John Madden on Monday Night Football mention his game, and really I don't think he plays it enough to know the negative side of it. | |

Both of the maddens for the 360 suck. Honestly Madden 07 and the other recent ones for the original ones where alot better games overall. I mean how the fuk do u forget to put in the chain gang AND the Net for Field goals and extra points.
Oh and the comentary absolutely sux.
