Even though I'm a 2k sports fanboy, I would say in your situation get madden, unless the All pro demo that's supposed to be coming out has you having fun, then get all pro.
But still, the madden games for the 360 suck. So that's another thing to be worried about.

i remember dat shit. i dont remember what 1 it was but the 1 wit T.O on the cover dat game was sweet. Good gameplay and i loved the fact u can have a crib and shit. that game was fun

Honestly Madden 2007 for xbox360 was disappointing and the gameplay was very crappy to say the least and this IS just my Opionon.. and For 2007 I think they got rid of fantasy draft for franchise and the create a superstar was boring to play and another thing the Achievments SUCKED I and a ton of other people got 600+ Gp for just simulating frachise with all the teams for 30 years the reason i did this is because i couldn't stand the game so conclusion the only madden game i liked where the 2004/2005 i think they should try and improve their gameplay and as for the all pro football i haven't heard much about it | |

Wow im surprised so many people like madden SOOO much. I would get All Pro Football 2k8 its going to be awesome. And btw All Pro football isnt a new game it used to be ESPN football. | |

I would get Madden... rent All Pro just in case as well as Madden... but honestly.. I would get NCAA football 2008 cuz i loved 2007 way better than any other football game out there and so the new one should be great.. with that suggestion, you could then get Madden for importing rosters  | |

I went and got NCCA Football 08 at midnight, I am a big NCAA/Madden gamer. On NCAA 08 they have a trailer for Madden, and boy does Madden look sweet. This is 2k's first year to make a pro football game, so there is going to be a lot wrong with it.
Definitely go with Madden.
^Are you serious 07 was the worst one of all the NCAA games, because they had shorter time to make it and they had to convert everything to the 360 and they missed out on a lot because of this.
