Xbox 360 or PS3 whats best for sport games

Im looking to get a new system I play mostly sport games..I currently have reg Xbox. Whats best for sport games???? I currently have a 42 panasonic plasma too.

it has allways been RPG/QUEST/SPRTS game motivated since the PS2 so i gues PS3 would be better i will have to find out

4 PS3 if you like baseball get MLB the show my friend has it and its the best baseball game imo...way better than MLB 2k7.

And Madden is better on playstation.

For xbox360 get NBA 2k7 its the best basketball game for 360 imo

well in EGM Ncaa 08 and some other sports game by EA. EA wouldnt let them test the PS3 cuz it ran slower than the 360.

Madden is NOT better on the Playstation. Madden on the 360 runs at 60 FPS but on the PS3 it only runs at 30 FPS. EA stretched the truth a bit with its 60 FPS campaign because it is only on the 360 that this is the case. This has been reported by various news outlets. A lot of them have been reporting the PS3 version gets choppy too.

I don't play many non-football sports games but last year I played NBA Live and NBA 2K6 and found that I enjoyed 2K a lot more.

The vast majority of the games will be equal though, since it is almost all EA producing it and they just directly port left and right. But if the Madden "frames per second" issue is a trend about to start, I'd get a 360.
