Called my Gamestop to make sure they are getting it in tomorrow, and they are yay! 
*Edit: After watching that review I thought it was funny that a lot of the things he whines about are things that make me love this game. The having to pump transitions, the difficulty of doing similar tricks(lol no where near impossible), and the camera angle(which I can agree was a little annoying at first but now I love it).

It seems like they were just looking for something bad about the game. but whatever.
