Zednik's Neck Sliced In NHL Game
Not graphic, all you can make out is a blood trail on the ice.
Possibly the worst fear for any hockey player. Sucks to see it happen. He is in stable condition though.

I know spectators have been killed before i believe during a game but has a hockey player ever been killed in action because of something like this???

That slicing looked very painful. I swear I just saw something about a ref getting hurt pretty bad in a game as well. Maybe a busted nose or something. Hockey is dangerous, crazy crackers.
