|  **Rules on how to change forum name**
To check if a name is taken or not, simply select the Search tab at the top of the page and in the Username bar enter your desired name. A dropdown box will then appear showing you whether it is taken. If the name is not taken the dropdown box will not appear.
Use this format or I won't change your name:
Example Subject of the thread: ShadowSniper -- Lithium
In the body of the thread:
Current name: ShadowSniper
Please change my name to: Lithium

How long will it take to get the name changed?
- Names are changed twice or three times a week. Usually on Monday/Wednesday/weekends.
There is a name that's taken but he has 0 posts. Can I have it?
- No! If a name is already taken (even if it was your old account), it's not available. Pick a new name.
How many times can I get my name changed?
- Once a month. (30 days)
***Any threads besides the name change request will be deleted and 1 day ban for spamming will be issued.***

This isnt applicable to us though, only to H3F. We dont have a name change request section, so probably all name change request threads will be closed. I would say just IM Z on aim during those days and see if he can help you out, and not make a thread on here. He checks his AIM alot more then he checks here, and also H3F. | |

Name changes are pretty much a non-issue atm. They aren't incredibly frequent (unless you're the artist formerly known as Brandon). Still, it's nice to have something we can point people to if they ask. | |
