Go for it dude. With soem of the editing jobs I have seen from you, you can pull of a good intro. Regarding what you said in a different thread, I dno who would hold a grudge on something that has no regards to that issue. Personal matters shouldnt get in the way of your placing in the contest.

Zola, I really enjoyed yours, and is 1 of the 2 favorites...as long with TopEm's second. if TopEm's second was shorter though, I would enjoy it even more. The length can drag on a video, like you said Zola.

Sorry for double post...but I feel the issue I have right now deserves a new post.

I feel we should have a post count limit to who can vote. I am sure with certain well known H3Fers submitting their intros here there will be amounts of H3F members coming here, making an account, posting a couple times in each round that H3Fer is in, and in the end possibly stealing 1st place from someone else who deserves it (if a member here makes a much more talented one, but gets shafted) Once the contest is over, they are never seen again. I brought this up because I saw steam post his over at H3F, and having multiple people say "I'm going to vote for yours when the contest starts." The one at H3F kinda turned into a popularity contest near the beginning, and I don't want that to happen here.

What I am suggesting is having a post count limit to vote...perhaps 50 or 100 posts at least? That way, if these people are truly committed to voting for their favorite, they would have to look around this community a bit to get their post count to that level before they had the chance to vote. In turn, it may even keep a few of those people around here.

Good idea? Bad idea?

I think it's a very good idea...but looking at the current setup, I doubt it happens. Look at the entries to now...all H3F members. I really don't think Z is going to give a shit as long as he gets an intro that people like.

Wrong? Yes...but getting something done about it? Unlikely...

This goes both ways, The guy Zola for example has just said bad things about my intro just because he is in the contest as well. I don't know him because i post at h3f. Thats the reason some t360f people would want to keep votes away from me. If he where posting a real opinon he would say something about my good efforts of creativity, as well as my attempts on use of extensive AAE.

See my point.....When the only people voting are the people that want you to loose...The people from h3f that have seen my intro really like it and escpecially the other editors that understand the synching and nice AAE use.

To be honest, no one here even really knows Zola. I sure as hell havn't seen a post from him until this contest was announced. he has more at H3F then he does here. The only person I recognize is Echoes from here.

In fact, his join date here was after the contest was even announced. He joined on Feb. 15th...not even 2 weeks ago. No one here knows who he is lol.

as for the whole who can vote issue I think remix makes a good point, I wont exactly have people flooding in from H3F becomes im about as unknown on there as I am on here lol

I think as long as the intro ends with 3 intros the community likes then everyone will be happy, I aint gonna lie I entered because I thought I could bring a good intro to the table which everyone would like to use for the forum and to put a little cash in my pocket cos Im a student and im brooooke

I am assuming an official intro. The intro we have now is good, but is the only one we really have. I guess Z wants some variety.
