Transfering Gamerpoints to a differnt account?

yeah i might cancell my zZ Billy Zz account and just play on my other account (UnrealxX) but i want to have my gamerpoints so is it possible to transfer my gamerpoints from my zZ Billy Zz account to my UnrealxX account?

well my friend made me an account on his xbox360 awhile ago and i transfered it to mine and i had all his acheivements on that account
