|  T360F Needs New Moderator
That's right people, you heard it. Sadly, Jada is unable to keep up with the forum do to a ridiculously busy personal schedule and has brought it to the attention of Z that he would like to give up his mod position due to his inability to get on consistently. Jada was a great moderator and member of T360F and we should be sad that he will no longer be staying with us. I know he'll try and get on when he can but it's time to fill the void. Just to let you know, these are some big shoes to feel, Jada did a great job.
Well this is what you need to do if you want to be an applicant for the new mod position. Post your 5 best reasons why you think you should be the next moderator at T360F. You can keep that simple or not simple but what it comes down to is 5 reasons. Posting more then 5 will show a lack of competence and will most likely disqualify you from the process. Flaming or attacking someone elses reasons will show a lack of respect for other members and will also most likely disqualify you.
Please keep questions and comments for specific members to PM's and please respect eachother. It's the only way you will even be considered for the position.
Please take the time to think about your 5 reasons. This thread will close on Monday, June 12th. Have your 5 reasons posted in this thread before then.

It's sad that Jada wont be able to  He was mah buddy, and I hope he can come back and be more active eventually.

I want to be a mod but its your choice. Anyway heres my reasons
1. Im active alot
2. i...own a 360 
3. i know how the whole forum works eg. Threads that shouldnt be threads and where threads should be posted
4. ive been a member since middle pdzf
5. I know id do a good job
6. I look into most threads for interest even if its like oblivion which i dont have so it wouldnt mean any extra work or areas which i wouldnt check over...
Anyway, hope you find a good mod soon

Voicing your opinion is in no way, shape, or form what a moderator does. They are there to monitor OTHERS opinions for extremities which they can then delete or warn.
And you do pwn noobs, shame you have never pwned anything but a noob in your gaming career.

Wow, this has gotta be the easiest position for Mod yet.  No offence but it's been half an hour and I haven't seen many valid reasons to be a respectable Mod. here at T360F..
- I personally would be a horrible moderator. I come here for enjoyment not responsibility.  Sad to see Jada go. He was a pretty cool guy. =\ Oh well.
- I have one last question.. Why do we need more mods? All I see is blue when I look at the online list now. I think we need to consider getting more active members to join before we even think twice about getting any new Mods.. We have like what? 150 ACTIVE members? and like 10's of thousands of members who haven't even stepped foot on this Forum, lol. | |
