I don't know if this is the right section but here I go. Anyways, my 360 freezes, but not very often. The its frozen in UNO once or twice but I re-downloaded and didn't happen again. Froze once I think in Texas Hold 'Em but never again. BUt most of the time it freezes (if it does) when I press the guide button and press it again or something like that. So I was wondering if I should phone 1-800-4MY-XBOX.
Sometimes your Xbox may freeze up if it's loading something large and you press the guide button. I don't think you've got anything serious, but if it becomes serious you may as well call.. just think twice before sending in any money.

Yea of course. Def give them a call and see if they can do anything to help. Maybe its a small little fixable thing or maybe its something that may require a repair by them. Def call though man. They are usually pretty helpful and understanding about this stuff since they get 1,000,000 calls a day about problems with 360 haha.
Okay, thanks. So its normal if I'm loading a game or something and it freezes? And I shouldn't have to pay any money since I live in Canada and its still under the warrant by MS. The guy said it ended in November or something .
Okay, well I have the one method from before of performing matinece on the 360. And I might give 'em a call if I get a lot more problems since you guys have helped me, thanks.
Anyone want to know how to defragment (perform matinece) the 360 HDD?
