Default Where'd my 360 go???

Hey I need help for info from anyone that has sent their xbox 360 in for repairs to microsoft. Ive done it once and this is now my 2nd time. (They gave me a messed up one after the first time, peice of c...) Anyways, I sent it in last Tuesday (Oct. 2, 2006) and now Wednesday (Oct. 11, 2006) I still havent gotten an email back from miscosoft saying they recieved it! Is it gone? Lost in the mail? Because last time I sent in my box I got a message from them less than a week after I sent it in, I think it was acctually 5 days to be exact. Anyways, any help on where I can find out whats happened to my xbox? Thx.

Try calling microsoft and checking if they have got it in. That is the most direct way to find out. Thats all I can think of.

Yeah thats pretty much the only thing u can do, what Luck suggested. Maybe even phone whoever u shipped it with and ask them if it has been sent?..?

Yea, that aint too bad of an idea, I think it was FedEx, but I doubt it would have been a week and they still have not sent it out.

xbox support is 24/7 isn't it?
Anyway, mine took two days, but that was for a replacement unit.
They may just be behind in their repair schedule.

if it got lost in the mail but you have proof of purchase they will give you a brandnew one, that is the only hting about MS if you are sad and seem like you aren't pulling a fast one good things come out of it
