haha For somereason I only have 4.5 stars of Rep..
Me+Friend couldn't figure out why, people have 1,500 Achievement Points and full rep, I don't care that its not full, just wondering Why its not?

I'm just judging by what you said.

Rep is from people you play with, and they give you a positive or negative review. Depending on the review you get, it is averaged into your stars.

Actually, he has like 85% preferred, and 15% disapproved.

I have like the opposite and I have 5 stars

I would go OCD if I couldn't get 5 stars. But just ask people to leave good feedback on you and it should go up.
