i just got my new xbox and i was setting up xbox live and then came to what package i want silver gold etc

but im positive you get a free trial with the premium edition but i dnt no where it is located

can some one please point me to where the free trial code is

You go through the process of making an account. Then when t gives you the option of which kind to make, select silver. Then it will give you the option of having Free Gold for one month. You can repeat this for up to three accounts.

how does it know when to give you that free trial. what if the 360 you bought at walmart, lets say, was previously owned, and previous owned used that trial up?

ur probably screwed then.

even though i dont remember wal-mart selling used 360's, but if you did get the 360 previously owned, maybe call microsoft and complain that the previous user used up all the free trials, see if they can bypass it or something, idk.

that wouldnt work because there'd be no way to tell if the person was telling the truth

well. if he still has the receipt of purchase, should say on there it was used, previously owned, refurbished, etc...and if he complained enough, trust me he could probably get it done. especially with the receipt, he could always fax it to a supervisor, that should work.

but if you dont have the receipt, then......FUGGETABOUTIT! lol

yea considering that when you call support for MS (not sure if its exactly the same since i havent called for xbox) you spend literally hours to get the problem fixed
last time i called for my router i spent over 5 hours (no joke) getting it fixed

yea thats exactly what i mean, its still the same support for the 360, they take forever.
