No they wont delete your account, has soon has you go on a regular xbox and try to sign in on live it will disable your account untill you log on with a 360 again. If you make a account with a stolen credit (like i did...) and you charge to it and the person finds out and puts fraud down on it, Your account will be banned.

lol, snix M$ isnt gonna go by whats fair, chances are you will have to pay for all of those other accounts as they were charged to , what they think is YOUR CC. so how would u not have to pay for them or think u wouldnt have to? wheres the logic in that? as far as getting banned, yea if that CC gets reported as stolen or anything, ur gonna get banned buddy. Karma is a bitch. for you not to pay all those other accounts your gonna have to show proof that the card was stolen from you, i.e. have a police report which you dont have and cant get so imo ur screwed, next time mow a couple lawns to get u ur xbl service, kids.....

Is $50 a year really that much to pay for by yourself?
That's a little over $4 a month, I'm sure you could put that together just from the change you get in a month.
