I need a good lie

Well i honestly need a good lie to give to MS so i dont get my account suspended. Well i have had a credit card on my account that was canceled and i charged like 2 years of Xbox Live on it ahead of time. But recently i gotta e-mail saying that my credit card could not be charged for the Xbox Live subscription and that it will be suspended within 30 days of no Valid credit card not being put on it.

This is exactly what it said:

To avoid an interruption of your services or to reactivate suspended service(s), please provide a valid credit card and a current expiration date.

Now i was wondering if i will get charged for these 2 extra years i put on it when i put on a Valid CC. Also this CC got passed around the net somehow and i was wondering if i was going to get charged for all the other accounts that are put on the damn thing becuz it says "To avoid an interruption of your services or to reactivate suspended service(s), please provide a valid credit card and a current expiration date."

Now i wanna be careful to what i say to MS becuz i really dont want my account suspended

ur gonna have to pay for it or not have xbl, ur choice, dont try to say sum1 hacked ur acc, i tried and failed, theres nothing u can do

well for sure ur gonna have to pay for urs, and probably the other ones, or u could call the feds and do credit card theft/fraud and not pay the money, theirs anyway

So ur telling me that my Valid CC (if i put one on) is going to get all gold memberships charged on to it that are on the unvalid CC?

Well i was jus lookin at sumthing on xbox.com and this is what it states:

Once the Service is cancelled or suspended, any data you have stored on the Service may not be retrieved later. Our cancellation of the Service will not alter your obligation to pay all charges made to your Billing Account. If we cancel the Service in its entirety without cause, then we will refund to you, on a pro-rata basis the amount of your payment to Microsoft corresponding to the portion of your Service remaining right before such cancellation.

Im wondering if this means that my xbox is gonna get banned from xbox live

Put a valid card on and pay the two years, Microsoft will not refund you, so if you call and say just knock off one year, they won't do that and will know you used a fake credit card, you could always simply call and maybe BS them....

Say something like: "I used a credit card that was passed around on the internet, I made a mistake and I'm sorry, I'll pay for a full year if you cancel one of the years and I will never break the ToS of XBL and Microsoft again."

p.s. Don't worry about the government or the police/fed they're not even gonna bother looking into fraud if it's under $5000, I believe that's the limit in Canada, because it takes to much work, they are only after the people that steal tens of thousands of dollars, not a minor that just fell victim to temptation.
