You were never banned in the first place. When you recover an account on another Xbox it disables the account on the first xbox therefore making you recover your account again. Signups go down periodically and its no big deal, you didn't have to send a msg to everyone saying you were banned when you really weren't lol. You didn't have to call up MS if you had just waited about half an hour the signups would have been active again. | |
