Well if its on the same 360 then im assuming its on the same hard drive?
So if that is the case you can buy something on the account with the points on it and still be able to play it on all accounts on that hard drive.

MS points used to be able to get gifted back and forth to American accounts, but they shut that down for now while they work out kinks because people were stealing points.
SO, shit outta luck.
