Ummm make sure that your typing in all the write letters. I suggest you copy and paste your xbox live name onto there.

Put your actual Gamertag that you play on live into the box that asks you for it. If "ToTaL Ch4oZ" isn't your real GT then don't put that in the box. Put the Gt into the box that you really play on.
