Deleting your profile

I forgot XBL was going to be down today and I tried to sign on. When it didn't work i deleted my one and only profile with all my saves on it because i was going to recover it and try to sign in again. Then i got on xbox.com and remember they were shutting down Live today, and I couldn't recover my profile/account because you have to have Live to do that. So my question is, are all of my saves and achievements gone now... or will they still be there when I recover it?

Yes. You have lost all your gamerpoints and saves if you deleted your profile from your hard drive.

That sux... but why would you think deleting and recovering your profile would fix ANY problem if there was one?

yea, all of your stuff is gone, once its off the hardrive there is no going back

Yea that reallyy suxorz, I cant see why u would do it even if xbox live was out forever...
