ok i went out and bought a 12+1 month card, i did all the steps, it got down to the very end, and it said can't connect to xbox live when the bar was about there. it said try again, test connection, or exit set up. i kept hitting try again but still nothing. so i was forced to do test connection. i did that and everything was fine. but it said my account was created. and now i can't sign on to xbox live with it. i've already trying remaking it but it said the code was in use.

did you already have the gamertag you put in before on another xbox or an original xbox? if you did just transfer the account
