Transferring my 360 account to Xbox1?

I've tried accout recovery, and for whatever reason, it fails.

Any way I can transfer it another way? I think it failed cuz it was an 360 subsciption card. Help..

Hm, the way I did it was when I turned it on it asked me if I wanted to do account recovery. If it says it fails when you are recovering your account just try to make sure its spelt right with all the same caps... If it still doesnt work just call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and they will fix it up for you.

This happened to me 2 execpt the oppisite way it like wouldnt work so i jsut made a new account

You can do it, as I had to so I could play CS again...

What you have to do is get to your profile details on the 360, and make sure you write all the information down exactly (credit card #, name, address...everything).

Then do an account recovery on the Xbox. Plug in all the details from the 360's account exactly into the Xbox, and it will be fine.

u have to have a credit card linked to ur account i think for it to go onto a original xbox not just ur payed account useing ur emal on the 360 but im just speculating angel do u have a card linked to ur account?

Yes, but it was like that before because I had this account since regular Xbox.

yeah give microsoft a ring i had the same problem going to the 360, they will run a test for you.
