I was looking under my demos on my 360, and realized that you could build your own game! I'm not really sure of all the querks, but from what I understand, you can build your own game to put on your 360, and there's a contest to make a xbox live arcade game.

I would mess with this program, but my computer doesn't meet the requirements.

Yeah its old news. You can use it to build your own game, and other XNA users can play it. Someone here is in the process of making one.
