Am I wrong to say that Goldeneye was the first good FPS for consoles? I can't think of another one before it that was really as good. I wonder how the controls will be, will they try and change it to be like FPS's of today or will they keep it like it was? This game was the heatrock when it came out and for years after. What was the name of the silver pistol? Dostevsky or something?
Look at it now- 
I remember that damn mission...I hated protecting Natalia.

GoldenEye practicially started FPS's on consoles. With the exception of Super Scope, it was the only true game to live up to it's reputation. Plus the music wasn't too bad in the game either, if they improved that and made it more metal-ish, then that'd be awesome. The only thing PD improved on was with the secondary functions of the weapons.
The silver pistol was the Dostevsky, or the DD44. The RC-P90 was a beast of a gun, 880bullets max and it nearly killed everything.

and I really thought that they should've kept the gameplay style of the other games which is really what I guess I was looking for in PDZ. | |

I played goldeneye everyday with my cousin for like 3 summers in a row...I wish i had a 64 so i could play it right now  .

I knew it wouldn't happen, but to be honest, I'd rather have Banjo, maybe that will come out on the Wii virtual console.
