This does suck though. I don't get why there is a dispute.
Simple solution? MS gets rights to release it on XBLA and Nintendo gets rights to release it on Wii? Rare develops and shares in the profits for both versions, MS and Nintendo both profit from it's release, gamers profit from a classic game. Everybody wins!
