Here's how you bluff. Say you have a wild card but you also have a different playable card. Then you play the wild card and if the next opponent doesn't challenge you just succesfully bluffed.
This can come in handy especially if the person you are trying to bluff only has 1 card, and you have an idea he might be able to end it...therefore you lie by not playing the card you're supposed to, and in turn give him 4 extra ones...
