With the friendships im not sure i have done one in a private game but i guess you need to do it during a ranked match.
The easiest one is cryax's. Its run, run, run, up and you can be standing anywhere.

I got this yesterday and playing online with one of my friends it had this white circle of arrows popping up every 3 seconds saying "waiting..."
What is that shit? It was like pausing every 3 seconds, all I had to do to win a match was not do special moves and just look at the screen and counter whatever was happening at that point once the screen unpaused.
Help?!
